More TW rumours and Done Deals in the EPL:

Hello and welcome to my latest TW blog post.
In this post, Lille winger Eden Hazard and Arsenal striker Robin Van Persie are two of the main players linked away from their clubs.

So, let's begin with some juicy transfer rumours:

Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic says that Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho wants him at Real next season.
He says that he has just won the Champions League, and even though he is flattered by interest from other clubs, he wants to stay at Chelsea at least until his contract runs out.

Tottenham winger Giovani Dos Santos will hold talks with his club next month after a lack of match-time.
He has been linked to some Spanish clubs including Atletico Bilbao and Valencia.

Norwich City are interested in Leeds midfielder Robert Snodgrass and are reportedly going to bid £1.4million for him very soon.

BREAKING NEWS: Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has confirmed that he has signed a new four year contract deal which will keep him with The Blues until 2016.

FACT: Cech has played 369 matches for Chelsea since moving from Rennes in 2004.

Swansea have confirmed that they have agreed a £6.8million fee with Hoffenheim for the permanent transfer of midfielder and winger Glyfi Sigurdsson after having a successful loan spell since the January transfer window.
He is due to have his medical at the club later on this week.

FACT: This will be Swansea's record transfer fee for a player since Dany Graham for £3.5million last season from Watford.

He will be a great signing for Swansea, and suits the way they play. Quality signing and could help them seal a top 10 finish next season.

Fulham are ready to make a £5million bid for Huddersfield striker Jordan Rhodes.
Huddersfield want £8million though for Rhodes.

Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner claims to have received a number of approaches to sign him, but says no decision will be made on his future until after Euro 2012.

Not needed: Nicklas Bendtner (right) is not needed at Arsenal, and is almost certain of moving from North London before the start of next season.

'Yes, I have talked to other clubs,' he said. 'I have told all the clubs that I want to wait until after Euro 2012.
'We have got plenty of time to sort out the future.'

USA boss Jurgen Klinsmann is hoping Fulham midfielder Clint Dempsey plays Champions League football next season.

Arsenal, PSG and Liverpool are all interested in the midfielder, with Arsenal favourites to sign him as they have CL football next season.

'You would obviously want to play in the biggest club competition in the world and that's the European Champions League and hopefully something will happen over the next couple of weeks', he said.

Blackburn striker Yakubu has hinted that he could leave Rovers following their relegation from the EPL this season.
He has admitted that he does not want to play in the Championship next season, and wants to stay in the EPL.

'I still have two years left with Blackburn, but I played in the Championship before,' said Yakubu.

'I felt at home there but we'll see what is going to happen. I think it's too early to say whether I'll be moving on. I may be in the Championship. I may be in the Premier League,' he said.

Lille winger Eden Hazard has hinted he has reached a decision on which club to join this summer - but is still yet to announce it.

The 21-year-old has been pursued by several clubs and has previously revealed interest from Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea.
With his future looking likely to be in the EPL, an announcement from Hazard on his future appears closer.
He wrote on Twitter on Monday: 'good afternoon guys. i made up my mind. see you later. thanks'

The club in question has reportedly said he may reveal which club it will be, but there will not be any press conferences.

BREAKING NEWS:

Eden Hazard has confirmed that he will join Champions League and FA Cup winners Chelsea.
